I'm Jennifer Tardy...most people call me Jenn.

I’m a Maryland-based thought leader in diversity recruiting. Our firm, Jennifer Tardy Consulting, is on a mission to make it easy for hiring leaders and historically underrepresented job seekers to meet and forge career success.

I hold a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Business from Virginia Tech and have vast industry experience as a Diversity Recruiting Leader and Expert, Career Coach and Speaker with more than 14 years in human resources and recruiting fields.

When I’m not at the office, I’m usually watching cartoons and playing with transformers alongside my sons Aiden (4 yo) and Austin (5 yo) or exploring new recipes and wines with my partner, Antione.
